Seneca Valley’s Cahall a Science Teachers Association award winner
KC Cahall, a teacher at Haine Middle School, has been selected as a 2026 Pennsylvania Science Teachers Association Award winner. Cahall receiving the Donald Keys Excellence in Science Middle School Teaching Award.
The award recognizes Cahall’s contributions to science education and his dedication to students, colleagues and the broader science education community, said a news release from Seneca Valley School District.
“KC brings a tremendous amount of passion and enthusiasm to science education, particularly through his commitment to outdoor learning,” said Marie Palano, assistant superintendent of the school district.
The association honors educators who demonstrate a commitment to strengthening science education and inspire the next generation of scientists, innovators and critical thinkers.
Cahall will receive the award at the association’s 75-year anniversary conference in October.
