INDIANA — A student at Indiana (Pa.) University has been charged with raping a woman at an off-campus residence.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 19-year-old Taylor Michael Groff, of Conestoga, who was charged by police in Indiana Borough.

Police aren’t saying if the alleged victim was also a student.

IUP spokesman Michelle Fryling confirms Groff is a communications media student at the school.

She said he’ll face the university disciplinary process because of the criminal charges.
