Her quote makes no sense. Doctors do not refer people to an emergency room. It is called an emergency room because people go there without referral in an EMERGENCY. They are not closing their other departments-the ones where a doctor may refer someone, only the emergency department. The Braddock Hospital also closed - before Health Care reform, so you can't blame them on your so called Obamacare.

I would have like to have seen a public option, that would have lowered the cost, but the insurance lobby sprinkled millions around Washington and it got shelved. And it would have been perfect if they would raise the money for the cost by a National Sales Tax - where everyone, illegals, vacationers, rich people who don't pay any taxes becase of all their loopholes - everyone would have paid. That hasn't happened, yet, but its not over yet either.
