NBC Poll.....48% thought health care bill was a "bad"idea

36% felt it was a "good idea"

CNN Poll....59% oppose health care bill

36% favored health care bill.

CBS Poll....62% want to fight to oppose health care bill.

33% wanted to support health care bill.

Also,

tort reform does not mean giving up the right to sue. It means limiting outrageous monetary amounts awarded in judgments to injured parties. Remember, we pay for those huge settlements via higher insurance costs.

In October of 2009, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reported that tort reform would reduce the federal deficit $54,000,000,000 over the next ten years. Just another "fact", not opinion, that I wanted to share with you.
