State police have identified the victims — one killed and one injured — in a one-vehicle wreck early this morning in Franklin Township.

Brandon M. Lucas, 33, of Prospect, a passenger, was pronounced dead following the crash about 2:35 a.m. on Route 528 just north of English Oak Drive.

The driver, Jason P. Williams, 44, of Butler, was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with unknown injuries, authorities said. His condition was not available.

Police said their investigation continues.
