Man killed changing tire on Interstate 79
WASHINGTON, Pa. — A man was struck and killed while changing a tire along Interstate 79. State police in Washington County say the victim was struck by a car at about 5:45 p.m. Monday in Amwell Township.
They identified the victim as John Eisiminger, 42, of Waynesburg.
