Alana Steward, Seneca Valley girls golf cruise past Butler; Hudson Vice leads Slippery Rock: Highlights & scores

Seneca Valley girls golf cruised to a 196-221 win over Butler at Hiland Golf Course, paced by Alana Steward’s nine-hole round of 46. Sammi Battista shot a 47 and Ava Ottaviani a 49 for the Raiders. The Tornado, led by Eliza Lozosky’s 50, fell to 0-6 (0-6 section).
Boys golf
Hudson Vice shot a 78, finishing eighth in the District 10, Region 2 mega match field to lead Slippery Rock to a fourth-place finish (out of six) at Oak Tree Country Club. Wilmington and Hickory tied for the team win with 303, while the Rockets scored a 320. Ryan Parson was one stroke behind Vice, tying for ninth.
