Gary, I agree it is wonderful news that the teachers and board have averted a strike for now, however, don't get to thankful until it is settled. Living in South Butler district and enduring a two year repeated strike it's not over until it's over. I commend the KC teachers/board for putting the students AND the community first. South Butler teachers could have averted much headache and hard feelings if they had NOT walked out on us. I sure hope for the sake of the students AND community that they can settle before walking out.
