Police: Fishing gear worth $1,065 stolen
BAKERSTOWN — Police say an angler’s gear is less than complete after thieves made off with his equipment.
State police say a collection of rods, reels, lures, hooks and plastic worms valued at $1,065 were stolen from an unlocked shed at the Vacationland Campground on Sandy Lake in Mercer County.
Bakerstown fisherman Alford William Means says the gear vanished sometime during the last week.
Police are investigating.
