Joe, you are out of touch with reality. Almost ALL economists have come out staunchly opposed to the stimulus because of its cost and lack of effect on the economy. Unemployment has risen sine the stimulus started. I also feel that most people would not refer to $111,000,000 as micro -level , nor is it cherry-picking. It is plain and simple factual. There is no way a responsible person could justify spending $111,000,000 to put 55 people to work. I'd rather see them take that money and give $30,000 to 3800 families.
