One person was taken to the hospital by medical helicopter after a motorcycle crash Sunday morning, Aug. 30, on Ekastown Road in Buffalo Township.

According to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch, Buffalo Township and Sarver volunteer fire companies, as well as Freeport EMS, responded to reports of a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Ekastown Road and Elm Street around 12:20 a.m. Sunday.

One person was injured and transported to the hospital by medical helicopter, dispatch said.
