One person was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital Thursday evening, Aug. 27, following a motorcycle crash on Route 422 in Butler Township.

According to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch, a motorcycle and another vehicle collided at the intersection of Route 422 and Route 8 at about 5:30 p.m. The rider was lying in the middle of the road when it was reported.

Butler County Emergency Services dispatch confirmed around 6 p.m. that one person was injured and transported to the hospital.
