The 18th Annual Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk and 5K Run, benefiting families affected by bleeding disorders across Western Pennsylvania, will take place Saturday, Sept. 19, at North Park in Allison Park.

The event features an appearance by former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rocky Bleier, who will be at the walk from 8:30 to 10 a.m. to meet attendees and sign autographs. Bleier will also lead the Pinwheel Ceremony at 10 a.m., a tradition honoring individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders.

Registration for the 5K will begin at 7:30 a.m., followed by registration for the Walk at 8:30 a.m. The event features a photo booth, breakfast snacks, raffles, family-friendly activities, crafts and games, and special appearances by Princess Belle and AMO of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
