I am furious. I just received notice today that the largest retail store in Butler Moraine Common's denied my claim against them for falling on their wet floor. I was notified by their claim company that they failed to see any negligence on their client's behalf even though the floor was wet, there were no wet floor signs anywhere in sight and the employee who mopped so much as admitted guilt. No wonder people get furious with these stores. I didn't want to sue them for a huge amount of money.... I wanted them to pay my hospital bills which the manager stated they would. That as well as further treatment. Now I have to pay out of pocket while trying to support 2 children this expensive bill while I'm still needing ongoing treatment for the pain and nerve damage I've received.

This is ridiculous. I'm appalled. I will never shop at that store again!
