They don't get a drivers license, they drive without one. They don't get insurance either, they drive without it. Pray to heaven that you aren't in a wreck with one because they just walk and the police don't even do anything about it. They don't get a social security number, unless they buy or steal one. They don't pay taxes because they get paid under the table. They go to the emergency room, where they must be treated - they are not allowed to be turned away, then they give a fake address and never pay the bill. That's why our healthcare costs are so high. Because they have no income, their legal children have no parental income when they apply and they go to college for free, too.
