Police reports as of Aug. 24
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 14 — Jason Matthew Droske, 44, of Middlesex Township, was charged with felony fleeing police and misdemeanor DUI following a May 8 incident. Police said Droske fled a traffic stop and showed signs of impairment.
Aug. 7 — Patrick James Sherry, 31, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault following an Aug. 7 incident. Police said Sherry pinched a woman in sensitive areas and hit her with rolled up paper.
Aug. 9 — John Edward Beck, 35, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 8 incident. Police said Beck had a glass smoking tube.
Aug. 10 — Rodney Dayne Rosen, 59, was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure following an Aug. 8 incident. Police said Rosen exited his residence completely nude.
Aug. 10 — Christopher M. Goodwin, 41, of Butler Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 5 incident. Police said Goodwin had marijuana and related paraphernalia.
Aug. 10 — John Patrus, 79, of Middlesex Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 27 traffic stop. Police said Patrus had a marijuana pipe, a marijuana joint and a THC vape pen.
Aug. 10 — Krystal Lee Funovits, 39, of Middlesex Township, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks following a June 30 incident. Police said Funovits attempted to use a bad check to pay for work on a vehicle.
Aug. 10 — Destin Wayne Spellman, 26, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 7 crash in Concord Township. Police said Spellman had a blood alcohol content of 0.189%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 10 — Kaylee Marie Weichey, 19, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 28 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Weichey had marijuana and tested positive for THC and alcohol.
Aug. 10 — Brittany Jean Boring, 34, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and one misdemeanor count each of DUI and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 4 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Boring had suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, controlled pills, a glass crack pipe and related paraphernalia, and showed signs of impairment.
Aug. 10 — Richard Darrel Schroder, 33, of Middlesex Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 21 incident in Middlesex Township. Police said Schroder had a blood alcohol content of 0.116%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 10 — Kaitlyn Marie Pastorius, 28, of Center Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a June 3 crash in Penn Township. Police said Pastorius showed signs of impairment.
Aug. 11 — Charles T. Szelestey, 45, of Forward Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 29 crash in Forward Township. Police said Szelestey had a blood alcohol content of 0.104%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 11 — Frank Joseph Hayson III, 46, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 7 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Hayson had a blood alcohol content of 0.106%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 11 — Randy E. Risinger Jr., 39, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 19 incident in Petrolia. Police said Risinger used a false name and had a crack pipe.
Aug. 11 — Mark R. Weir, 49, of Lancaster Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 25 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Weir showed signs of impairment.
Aug. 13 — Erhon Robert Greiner, 34, of Aliquippa, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 12 incident in Lancaster Township. Police said Greiner had a blood alcohol content of 0.306%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 13 — Kimberly Lynn Gordon, 37, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 12 incident in Evans City. Police said Gordon struck a man in the neck.
Aug. 17 — Lisa Marie Blake, 44, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 15 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Blake burned a man with a lighter.
Aug. 17 — Daniel Joseph Hydock, 27, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 21 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Hydock had a THC vape and tested positive for THC.
Aug. 17 — Jacob Thomas Ramsey, 22, was charged with felony DUI and misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 28 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Ramsey had a blood alcohol content of 0.175%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 10 — Brandon Thomas Walsh, 33, was charged with felony child endangerment and misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 8 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Walsh showed signs of impairment and had a small child not in a safety seat.
