to Brad
So sorry to hear you had to pay for repairs to your Kia Brad. However, the warranties are only as good as the people who make them (KIA) unless of course you purchased the extended and they are spelled out a little better. True, Kelly's should have told you that there would be a charge to check it out, but then again, did you expect them to look at it for nothing? Do you go to work and work the first 1/2 hour for nothing? I don't think so. Blame Kia, not Kelly's and good for you that you got your repairs done for the $117. Now, when it breaks down again, you can go back to the same place and let them fix it again and leave Kelly's alone. And did Mike Kelly actually give you the bill? No, it was the service dept. That's like saying that your boss is responsible for your work - to a certain extent, but not like you are thinking. Wake up Brad you are in a real world and where was your Kia manufactured and assembled?
