That's right Lorie, we all know how scary it is to get to know your neighbors in your own neighborhood. I know I consider all of mine "evil strangers" and teach my kids to run from them every time they walk their dog.

Either you led a sheltered childhood and were never allowed to do it growing up and it made you this paranoid or you did do it and forgot how much fun it was. Your activities are fine as well and there are more things to be concerned about then when we were young,, but done the right way, there is no problem. So let the little kids dress as witches instead of trying to burn witches at the stake.
