PITTSBURGH — A student at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh has been charged with raping a female companion who returned to his dorm room and told police she consented to one type of sex act but not a second kind.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 23-year-old Souleymane Tigana, of McKees Rocks, who was arraigned Monday and faces a preliminary hearing Nov. 26 on charges of sexual assault, rape and indecent assault.
