Cass.....if he is so hell bent to pay more taxes then he can simply write the IRS a check taxing himself at the 33% tax rate. They do accept voluntary contributions.
What do you say to a 25% flat tax rate for everyone? (and I do mean everyone including the almost 50% of Americans who currently pay nothing in federal taxes). Would that be considered fair?
