there was an accident awhile back on hanson ave where three people were hit by a car. this car was supposedly going the posted speedlimit of 35 mph. this place is well lit and wide open. so how does one hit three people and never leave skid marks or even see them> and how does a police dept close the case in 2 days>> ??? the fix is on or is it poor police work??
