Thank you Cass! My wife is a teacher with 12 years experience and only gets paid 50,000/ year. According to you, She is not getting paid what she is worth. And yes she works in a public school. It is just that some of her years teaching were out of state. My point is this: She is happy with her job and compensation. She is not complaining. There are many factors to her job and salary shw agreed to and understood that you are not aware of. I do not pretend to understand the factors that determine your salary and benefits. Therefore, I wish you would not pretend you know everything about her salary. Additionally, in her school district, the students' day is 7 hours long.
