The potential drilling on the Sunnyview property is not new. Not only was it in the paper, it was discussed for months during the County Commissioners meeting. And if my memory serves me correctly, Alameda Park was also a possibility but I believe they decided against that. (the meetings are on Channel 10 EVERY month)

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I don't believe anyone who owns property has to check with or get their neighbors approval to do anything as long as the property is zoned for what they intnd to do with it. And even then, that's an issue with the municipality, not the neighbors.
