Brett, so I am assuming you would not care if property owners who are adjacent to your residence started drilling without notifying you? I guess you do not care if there is heavy truck traffic, lighting, and drilling noise at all hours of the day around your house? Your neighbors can do whatever they want with their property, so I guess you would not care if those things occurred right off your property. Maybe you can have the county drill for Marcellus Shale on your property if you do not seem to mind all of the issues associated with it.
