Joe, you might want to reread Brett's comments. I do believe he was simply citing facts. He commented that the drilling has been public knowledge for quite some time. He also stated that notification regarding drilling on your own land does not require notifying your neighbors. (though one would think that any "neighbor" would do that regardless of the law). You seem to imply that he is in favor of drilling anywhere, anytime. I (as I seem to regarding your interpretations of most issues, found your analysis quite different from mine ) read his(Brett's)comments as a recitation of fact, not opinion.
