I'm sorry Cass, but the FCC does not trump anything unless Congress gives it the authority. Congress has NOT, nor does it intend to give the FCC the authority to control the internet. The FCC has violated the law, tried an end run around it's own regulations and thumbed it's nose at a Federal judge. At the very least the commissioners should be removed from office. How dare you bring up the deaths of 600,000 Americans as an excuse for the FCC to run rampant over the Constitution and the Separation of Powers clause. The same Constitution being fought over by both sides. And for your education - the FCC has not been in existence for 150 years.
