Reepmeyer's career high lifts Rock to victory

Junior Glenn Reepmeyer posted a career high 36 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Slippery Rock University men's basketball team to a 68-62 win over Lock Haven in a PSAC-West battle Saturday afternoon.

SRU managed a commanding advantage in rebounds, 42-20.

Bill Johnson added 10 points and nine rebounds for The Rock (7-17, 5-4), which is riding a three-game win streak in the conference.

Stacey Green's 20 points led the Slippery Rock University women's basketball team to a 58-50 triumph at Lock Haven Saturday.Freshman guard Angela Greaser chipped in with eight points and seven rebounds for The Rock (9-15, 3-6), which kept its slim playoff hopes alive with the win.Both SRU teams won on the road for the first time this season.
