Despite 12 points from Abby Moose, the Grove City College women's basketball team lost to Westminster 63-54 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference semifinal playoff contest Friday.

With the win, the Westminster (19-8) advances to the championship game for the first time in school history Saturday, when the Titans face Washington & Jefferson.

Grove City (16-9) saw its eight-game winning streak come to an end.

The Grove City College men's basketball team closed out the season with a 69-57 loss to Washington & Jefferson College in the semifinals of the Presidents' Athletic Conference Championship Tournament at Grove City College Thursday.Ryan Eller led the Wolverines (13-12) with 17 points and Phil Bushre added 10. The winning season marked Grove City's fifth in a row.
