PITTSBURGH — Chatham University may begin enrolling male undergrads next year.

Chatham has about 2,200 students and has enrolled men in certain graduate and specialty programs, though its undergraduate Chatham College for Woman has remained single-sex. A spokesman said the undergraduate college is down to 588 students from a peak of 675 six years ago, so the trustees voted to study admitting males.
