Joe, the goal in America should be to raise everyone up to the highest level, not drag those at the top down to the lowest level.

That goal is attainable by getting a quality education and personable responsibility for yourself.

Parroting phrases about "hedge fund managers", "corporate jet owners", and "taking from the rich" will not achieve that goal. The poverty rate in 1965 was 14%, today, after trillions of dollars have been spent(income redistribution) on poverty programs it is 14.3% today.

The debt limit will be raised, but as long as the current administration puts the USA into debt at the current rate of $4.1 billion per day, we will be spending more on interest on the debt than education or health care.
