One person was taken to a local hospital after a vehicle collided with a bicycle Friday morning, Aug. 14, on North Main Street Extension in Butler Township, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch.

The crash was reported around just before 8 a.m. at the intersection of North Main Street Extension and Evans Road near Advance Auto Parts. Emergency crews reported the bicycle rider was up upon arrival.

The man was taken just after 8:20 to Butler Memorial Hospital by Butler Ambulance Service.
