Deborah “Deb” Toward, 71, of Sarver, passed away peacefully, Friday, Aug. 7, 2026.

She was born in Natrona Heights on June 8, 1955, daughter of the late John and Leonora (Gulchik) Peplowski.

Deb graduated from Butler High School and was employed at Oberg Industries.

Deb is survived by her daughter, Angelina (Michael) Carson, who lovingly took care of and was always there for her; and grandchildren, Kaylie Carson and Faith and Trevor Hartman. She is also survived by her children, Kim, Bri and Jamie.

The family would like to thank Reece and Janell for their love and support.
