Firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department work at the scene Saturday where a large eucalyptus tree fell on a wedding party taking photographs at Whittier’s Penn Park in Southern California. One person was killed and seven people were injured, including a 4-year-old girl who was listed in critical condition with head trauma, according to Whittier Police Department officials. Several people were trapped under the tree, said the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
