The Pennsylvania State Triathlon Championships will take place Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 15 and 16, at Moraine State Park, where athletes from across the state will swim, bike and run their way to the podium.

There are competitions for athletes of all ages and skill levels with no qualification requirements. The state triathlon allows competing athletes not only to earn an official state champion title, but also a pathway to qualifying for the USA Triathlon National Championships, according to Experience Butler County.

Get Fit Families is hosting these championships. The organization hosts two events annually as part of its Mighty Moraine Multi-Sport series.
