JUSTIN SHEPHERD (Seneca Valley), a junior on the Bloomsburg University cross country team, placed third at the NCAA Division II regional championships last weekend at Lock Haven. Shepherd completed the 10,000-meter course in 31 minutes, 16 seconds.Shepherd achieved All-PSAC honors for a third consecutive season.

JOSH KNIESS (Slippery Rock), a senior running back at Slippery Rock University, was named PSAC West Offensive Player of the Week after carrying 38 times for 273 yards and three touchdowns in a 28-10 win over Clarion. Kniess had 305 all-purpose yards in the game.
