I just want to voice my opinion on a few other financial helps.
We purchased a home in 2008. We put up to 20,000 in home repairs and improvements and guess what. NO TAX RELIEF FOR US. The government just forgot to extend it for 2008. Every year before and after got it. What about 1st time buyers. Ever study the rules for that HAHAHA
