Rock basketball suffers 75-43 loss

Jamar Scales had 14 points and Dejan Jancic 14 rebounds, but the Slippery Rock University men's basketball team lost to Mercyhurst 75-43 on Saturday.

Mercyhurst, which jumped out to a 44-21 halftime advantage, had four players in double figures, led by Kerry Wilkinson's 15 points on 5 three-pointers.

The Rock made just 13 field goals in the contest.
