GLENN SHARRAR(Seneca Valley), a junior outfielder on the Lock Haven University baseball team, had four hits, two RBIand scored a run over six games at the recent Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic.•

KAYLA BLACKBURN(Slippery Rock University) is 6-0 in No. 1 singles as freshman on the women's tennis team during SRU's recent southern trip. Blackburn, normally SRU's No. 2 singles player, filled in for Ashley Michaux, who could not make the trip. Blackburn was named PSACWest Women's Player of the Week for her efforts.•

TODD SCHICKLING(Slippery Rock University), a senior third baseman on the baseball team, has been named PSACWest Player of the Week. He hit .463 with 18 RBI, 14 runs scored, two doubles two triples and two homers as SRUgot off to a 9-5 start.•

JUSTIN SHEPHERD(Seneca Valley), a distance runner on the Bloomsburg University track and field team, finished sixth out of 48 runners in the 5,000-meter race at the recent Virginia Commonwealth University Classic.Shepherd ran the event in a PSAC-qualifying time of 15 minutes, 9.17 seconds.
