JEFFWEISS(Slippery Rock University)was named PSACMen's Track Athlete of the Week. The freshman has qualified provisionally for the NCAAChampionships in two events. He began the season with a time of 14 minutes, 31.47 seconds in the 5K, the third-best time in Division II.Most recently, he ran a 30:13.54 in the 10Kat the Raleigh Relays, the top Division IItime by more than 24 seconds.
