PITTSBURGH — A bartender charged with serving alcohol to three underage Pennsylvania men who later died when their pickup crashed into a pond won’t be allowed to enter a special probation program for first-time offenders.

An Armstrong County judge on Thursday refused to let 23-year-old Karly Ann Good enter the program, which would allow her arrest record to be expunged if she completed the probation.

The judge says the deaths of 20-year-old Sean Titus, 19-year-old Zane McMillen, and 18-year-old Cody Douglas, 18, all of Kittanning, were too serious to allow that.

As a result, Good must now decide whether she wants to plead guilty or stand trial on charges that she served the men at the Final Score Saloon in Rural Valley before they crashed shortly after midnight May 5, 2013.
