COLLEGE NOTES

CALEB COURAGE (Grove City College) was named Presidents' Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week after capturing four wins at the Clarion University Invitational. The junior won the 50-meter, 100-meter and 200-meter freestyle events, along with the 200-meter individual medley.•

HANNAH YOUNG (Grove City College) was named PAC Offensive Player of the Week in women's soccer after the freshman scored four goals and added two assists in a 9-0 win over Thiel and a 4-4 tie against Thomas More.•

BOB McNEES (Grove City College) was named PAC Offensive Player of the Week in men's soccer after the senior scored five goals in wins over Thiel, Thomas More and Lake Erie.•

JUSTIN SHEPHERD (Seneca Valley), a cross country runner at Bloomsburg, finished fifth out of 107 runners at the PSAC Championships, completing the 8,000-meter course in 26 minutes, 16 seconds.•

CHRISTOPHER PASSIONE (Mars) registered his second shutout of the season, making 12 saves in Westminster's 3-0 men's soccer victory over Grove City College in the President's Athletic Conference semifinals Tuesday.•

CANDICE JENKINS (Knoch), a junior midfielder, scored the lone goal for the LaRoche College women's soccer team in a 2-1 loss to Penn-State-Behrend in the AMCCsemifinals. LaRoche finished the season 9-8-2 and Jenkins had five goals and five assists. She was also named AMCC Player of the Week.•

ANNIE LOWRY (Butler), a junior forward on the James Madison University women's soccer team, earned first-team All-Colonial Athletic Association honors for the second consecutive year. The honor is voted on by conference coaches.
