NATRONA HEIGHTS — A Pennsylvania high school soccer coach and two players have been suspended for at least five days after the players allegedly duct-taped an autistic teammate to a goal post.

Austin Babinsack, 16, told Harrison Township police he was left taped to the goal for 15 to 20 minutes before passers-by heard his screams and freed him Sunday evening.

The Highlands School District says coach Jim Turner, who was not present during the incident, and two players identified by Babinsack have been suspended.

PITTSBURGH — A 17-year-old Pittsburgh boy was fatally shot as he was leaving home with his mother to go to school.The Pittsburgh Public School district said the boy is Eric Young, a senior. The shooting was reported about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday in the city's Hill District, and a spokesman says it is the second time in three weeks that shots had been fired at Young.Homicide detectives were investigating.Police say Young was shot several times. Public safety spokesman Sonya Toler says two black males wearing dark-hooded sweatshirts fired the shots.
