Bonetti

Michael Burdette Bonetti, 58, of Penn Hills, passed away at Woodhaven Health and Rehab, Monroeville, on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026.

Mike was born in Grove City, on Aug. 8, 1967, to Albert Edward Bonetti and Martha Joanne Hoffman Bonetti.

He married Dina Shatten on Oct. 10, 2010, and she survives at their residence.

Mike was a Slippery Rock High School and Slippery Rock University graduate. He worked as a finance manager at the former Day Ford in Monroeville until his retirement. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson and spending time with his beloved dog, Rogue.

Survivors include his wife, Dina Bonetti, of Penn Hills; brothers, Albert E. “Eddie” (Laurie) Bonetti, of Tallmadge, Ohio, and Joseph E. Bonetti, of Slippery Rock; sister-in-law, Dona S. Tambourine, of Plum, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

BONETTI — The family of Michael Burdette Bonetti, who died Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026, will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock. Friends are encouraged to wear casual attire and/or Harley-Davidson styled apparel.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at the funeral home with the Rev. Tai Courtemanche, pastor of Slippery Rock United Methodist Church, presiding.

Interment will follow at Slippery Rock Cemetery.
