Matchett

Beverly Linda Matchett, 78, of Harmony, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026, while under the care of UPMC Passavant-McCandless.

Born March 24, 1948, in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Carl Pumilia and Nellie Pease.

Linda Matchett was a member of Grace Church of Harmony and sang in the church choir. She was a 1966 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. She was also a real estate agent in the Cranberry Township area for many years.

Linda enjoyed outdoor activities, including biking at Moraine State Park. She was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory, two sons, Donald (Tanya) Matchett Jr. and Douglas (Becky) Matchett; as well as her five grandchildren, Rylie, Macie, CJ, Brayden and Tanner. She also leaves behind her three brothers, Robert (Sandy) Pumilia, John (Janet) Kellar and Patrick (Joni) Kellar.

MATCHETT — A celebration of life service for Beverly Linda Matchett, who died Friday, July 24, 2026, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at Grace Church of Harmony, 538 Main St., Harmony, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

Linda will be laid to rest at Zelienople Cemetery.

Arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
