The Butler County Genealogical Society will host a presentation meant to save researchers “hours of searching” next Tuesday.

The society will meet at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at its new location in Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church, 201 E. Jefferson St. in Butler.

Attendees are asked to enter through the main Jefferson Street entrance, which will be open from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Street and lot parking are available, according to the genealogical society.

The society will present: “Cleaning Your Ancestry Tree, Ancestry Hacks that will save you hours of searching,” “Find a Grave-suggesting Edits and more Genealogy Tips & Tricks” and “Ancestry.com tools you’re not using.”
