Charlotte Ramsey

Our beloved mother, Charlotte Ramsey, 79, of Cranberry Township, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026, while in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her daughters.

Born Aug. 17, 1946, in Sewickley, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Ann Mulzet.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Ramsey (48 years of marriage), who passed on Sept. 28, 2013; and brother, John C. Mulzet.

Charlotte worked for Citizens (Mellon) Bank for 28 years. She was a caregiver who always put others before herself. She cherished her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She was the source of love, kindness, courage and strength.

Charlotte leaves behind to cherish her memory, her three daughters, Sandra Forrest and her husband, Kevin, of Cranberry Township, Cindy Sergent and her husband, Dwayne, of Gibsonia, and Jennifer Davis and her husband, David, of Ottsville; grandchildren, Ryan (Mallory) Sergent, Tyler (Haley) Sergent and Nathan (Hannah) Sergent; five great-grandchildren, Kalli, Rowan, Kolton, Myla and Sadie; sister, Janet (Al) Mullett; and many loving nieces and nephews.

RAMSEY — There will be no public visitation for Charlotte Ramsey, who died Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Charlotte’s family will welcome friends and extended family for a memorial service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Hope Lutheran Church, 8070 Rowan Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, with the Rev. Ronald A. Brown officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Hope Lutheran Church in her memory, at the address above.

Arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.
