Dealing with the snow
Chick Smith of Pottsville clears snow from his car Thursday. The National Weather Service in Cleveland predicted five to nine inches of total daytime snow accumulation in the Erie area on Thursday, but Butler County was spared. Temperatures here are expected to warm up next week, with highs reaching the mid-40s on Monday and Tuesday.
