JAKE PLECZKOWSKI (Valencia), a sophomore on the Methodist (N.C.) University men's golf team, was named USA South Rookie of the Week. He helped the Monarchs to a first-place finish in the Jekyll Island Invitational by tying for fourth place individually with a 1-over-par 217.
