I just saw on the news the incident where a 7 year old boy was getting bullied in school. When the father of this child went into the school, there was apparently a dispute between the principal and the boy's father. The news stated that the father beat the stuff out of the principal. WOW! Then the principal called CYS. CYS took the 7 year old boy and told the boy's mom "The father has to leave the house or your child doesn't come back home" If I were the mom of this child, I would sue CYS and the school district; for 1st, abuse of power and then for violating the child's civil rights to be with his family. The only thing I would do different is,"I would not let dad come home simply because he acted inappropriately on behalf of his son in school." But I would sue the school and CYS for $1,000,000.00 EACH. Come on now. People are harming our families. Its going too far. Time for law suits!!!!!
