Bethel (Fletcher) Kean, 101, of Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Cooperstown, passed away Sunday.

She was born Jan. 4, 1909, in Morgan, Township, Greene County.

She was the daughter of the late Charles Fletcher and Olive Jenkins Fletcher, and the beloved wife of the late Edward Kean. She also was preceded in death by her sisters, Nellie Mae and Neva F. Bell.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.
